Delete your Math Bro account & data
Use this page to ask us to permanently delete your Math Bro account and the data associated with it. This is the official request channel for the Math Bro app.
How to request deletion
- Tell us who you are. In the form below, enter your account email (if you created an account) and/or your in-app name exactly as it appears on the leaderboard, so we can find your data.
- Confirm the request by ticking the box.
- Submit the form — or, if you prefer, email support@mathbro.app with the subject “Delete my data” and the same details.
- We’ll delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted

| Saved progress — achievements, medals and Brain-Age history synced to our servers | Deleted |

What we keep, and for how long

| Purchase / refund records for any Pro purchase (no game data) | Kept — retained where required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, typically up to 6 years, then deleted. |
| Anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you | Kept — retained indefinitely in anonymised form. |
| Copies in routine backups | Kept briefly — purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days of deletion. |
Payments for Pro are processed by Google Play; any payment data held by Google is governed by Google’s own policy and is not controlled by us. To also manage Google Play purchase data, see your Google account settings.
