Math Bro

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026
Plain-English summary: Math Bro is free to play with no account required. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use third-party advertising trackers. You can play completely anonymously.

This policy explains what Math Bro (“we”, “us”, the “app”) collects, why, and your choices. It covers the Android app and the web version at mathbro.app.

What we collect

What we don’t do

How we use it

To run the game, save your progress, show leaderboards, process Pro upgrades, sync your account across devices (if you opt in), and respond to support requests.

Service providers

We use Google Play and Stripe for payments, Google Sign-In (if you choose it), and our hosting provider (IONOS) to operate the servers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used so we can improve it — for example which modes are popular and where players get stuck. It collects usage events, an analytics identifier, your approximate location (country, derived from your IP address) and basic device/browser information. This data is processed by Google as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We have disabled Google’s advertising features, so this data is not used to show you ads. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Children

Math Bro is a family-friendly educational game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the anonymous gameplay data above. Accounts and purchases are intended to be set up by an adult. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Data retention & your rights

Anonymous gameplay data persists while you use the app. You can clear local data by uninstalling the app or clearing your browser storage. To access, correct or delete account data or a leaderboard entry, email support@mathbro.app and we’ll action it. Depending on your location you may have rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR / CCPA, including access and deletion.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and payment card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.
